Hi All,

is it possible TIME_WAIT connections get be pileup on LINUX OS and is it TIME_WAIT connections get cause for CPU memory high utilization . Kindly provide solution.

It is possible, and it happens all the time (Tomcat with mod_jk comes to mind). You get TIME_WAIT when a local application has closed the connection, and the other side acknowledged and sent a FIN of its own.
