why the exam environment are so slow

RHCSA exam environment;is very slow and poor.

Hi @khalilnaitlhaj, 

Have you checked your network connection? I think it's better to not connect other devices to the same network during the exam. It may impact the performance.

Hi there,

I had a post rearding my experience with RHCE and how I fixed it here :

TLDR if your PC resolution is high you will encounter a huge latency issues because everything is being streamed to your PC, just lower your screen resolution from to 720p and you shall get a stable experience hopefully.

I just appeared in the exam ex294 exam, I had checked the environment,many many times,and it passed the test, when I started the exam, when I was chatting with proctor, session will reset and I had to reboot the Pc few times,and in the end  I got the exam after half an hour, the session was so slow and i could barely move the mouse, i continued the exam and when typing at times one key stroke will result in printing same letter few times,

I still continued and finished  almost 80% of the exam, in the last minute while reviewing i relaized in the repo description,there was one letter typed few times, but i ran out of time and couldnt correct it, when result came I was marked zero for that question and all the related questions like install packages etc, and in the end I failed the exam as per result,

I have to say these exams are night mare for the candidate, one has to struggle with environemnt, red hat needs to improve it, and provide relief, when some one fails due to poor environment
