Lab environment stuck at "building"

Hello,
I encounter issues when I try to create the lab environment. When I click on "create", all VMs are stuck on "building" for 40-50 minutes. I tried several times to stop, delete the lab environment but it is not working. Can you help me please ?

@AlbertLingot  @ChrisGR @techlex Yes, we are aware of a backend issue due to which labs could not be created at the moment. The engineers are working on to resolve this issue but unfortunately we dont have any ETA as of now. I will update you here once it is resolved.
