Unable to start virtual lab environment?

Hi,

 

I am taking the RH124 and every time I try to start/create the lab environment I get the message that it is not possible and that the maximum of users for my region was reached.

This has been happening for the last 2 weeks?! It is not something isolated.

 

Do you have any ideas?

It seems that you are using a partner based open enrollment - which has a limited capacity by design and policy. You should reach out to them or raise a support case for help on the same.
