lab environment fails every time

Hello, 

I do RH318 but since last week I´m not able to start any labs. I always get the following error:

"Verifying access to the RHV-M API ... failed"

I waited up to two hours for it to come up and recreated it two times but nothing helped.

What can I do here?

It is possible that the lab start script failed for your lab because there were expired SSL certificates in IdM. Please delete your lab environment and try again with the new images. If it still persists, that means there is most likely an issue with the "start" script which we can provide a work-around to allow you to get through the lab.
