Please elaborate more on chapter / section or the lab exercise name - where are you getting this error and also help me with a screenshot ?

I'm guessing you are attempting to upload images to the RHV storage. In order to do this in the GUI, you must first import the CA certificate for the site in the browser. There should be a button to "test" the upload. Also, with that button should be the instructions and ability to "Import CA Certificate". Once you've imported that into the Firefox browser, you should then be able to "Test" and it should be green and say "successful". 

Then you should be able to upload images to the storage domain.
