@kazakvi , what @TudorRaduta has mentioned is correct. You can reach support through a support ticket , or , depending on your subscription you can raise an "expert chat" for resolving your technical queries or raise a support chat using the Red Hat icon at the bottom right of your learning portal to get help on anything related to your learning subscription, your lab issues, certificate of attendance or any training related issues.
Having said that , course rh362-9.1 - ch01s04 - "lab start idm-topology" takes a while prepare the lab and make it ready , as the lab script ensures that IDM installation goes through followed by other configurations. The whole process can take upto 15 minutes. Going by the error , if re-executing "lab start idm-topology" does not work , then delete the lab and create a new lab , wait for about 10 minutes before trying to execute "lab start idm-topology" - see how that goes.
thanks.
Just a heads-up, the forum isn’t actively monitored by support. The best way to report an issue is through the help menu - just select the relevant options to report the lab issue. This will ensure it gets to the right team.
