But their response is not the quickest. Meanwhile my days pass by as the clock keeps ticking towards end of 90 days for course availability.

@kazakvi I completely get the frustration of waiting for responses. I can definitely take ownership of the situation and give more visibility to your tickets if we’re seeing a pattern of slow replies.
