CSV file format for bulk red hat academy students registration

Hi Community

I'm starting my first Red Hat Academy course on new learning platform. I want to register my students to the course using CSV file for the bulk registration. 

Does anyone know what the CSV file format is? What are the fields (columns) in it?

The attachment does not work on this platform currenttly. Email me at jedub@redhat.com to get the csv.
