It says the system is not registered. So... register it.

You may need to start by making sure you have a developer's account with Red Hat: https://developers.redhat.com/

Hello @maxhooo !

It appears that the system that you are using does not have a valid Red Hat Network (RHN) or its successor, the Red Hat Subscription Management (RHSM) service. Registering your system with RHN or RHSM is essential to access software updates, security patches, and additional Red Hat services.

Please register it. You can refer here the details : https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/subscription_central/2023/html-single/getting_started_...

or refer here for a developer subscription : https://developers.redhat.com/blog/2021/02/10/how-to-activate-your-no-cost-red-hat-enterprise-linux-...
