why showing that "Certificate issuance prohibited: A course slug was not provided" when i try to download a certificate. Anyone have any solution ?

The error "Certificate issuance prohibited: A course slug was not provided" occurs when the system can't identify the course. Try checking the course URL or contacting support. ok, but i've already downloaded one certificate by same URL but i trying of second time to download that one then they showing The error "Certificate issuance prohibited: A course slug was not provided"
