[RH124 RHEL8] RHT Tools are missing

I am currently transfer my training environment from RHEL7 to RHEL8.

But after I deploying the following:

RHCIfoundation RHEL80 7.r2019123116
RH124 RHEL8.0 1.r2019053010.1
RH134 RHEL8.0 1.r2019053010

I cannot find any rht-* tools except rht-usb in my f0. 

All rht-usb f0verify are correct. But I cannot use rht-setcourse, rht-vmctl, ....etc.

Is there any suggestion?

I think the problem may be around the "process" you used to migrate....

How did you install your new foundation0? What commands did you use? Per ClassroomTroubleshooting.txt, can you run rht-sosreport, but perhaps not since foundation{,0}-config may not be installed....
