Your mileage may vary depending on your region. In my region (North America) the retake fee is the same as the original purchase price of the exam.
Q:- what is the grading procedure of RHCSA ?
Automated grading of the end state after rebooting the system(s).
Q:- Is there any pssiblity of kickstart related question in exam ?
The exam objectives page located at https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex200-red-hat-certified-system-administrator-rhcsa-exam suggests that kickstart is not a discipline to be tested.
Q:- Any important tip for RHCSA on RHEL8 ?

Hello Tanveer,
As for all Red Hat exams, there is no specific re-take procedure, you'll have to buy and take the exam again as if it were the first time.
As for all Red Hat exams again, the grading is performance-based only. Basically, right after the exam, an automated script will reboot your systems, then check wether requested items have been implemented/resolved successfully, from a practical-only perpective. For each correct implementation, you'll get some points depending on the item's difficulty, up to 300 which is the maximum possible score. You'll have to get at least 210 points to pass the exam. The results will include intermediate scores by area.
You should definitely refer to EX200 exam's objectives (second tab). Kickstart does not seem to be one of them.
My advice: make sure that your systems are able to reboot and that all your modifications are persistent after a reboot. You should also read Randy Russel's tips for Red Hat exams in general. I have replied to that thread with my own tips.
Good luck with your exam ! :)

Hi all,
Regarding retakes [for EX200] ...
I have a learning subscription [from company] and have the option of two retakes.
I've used one retake to repeat the EX200 - but didn't pass the retake either
BUT ... when I try to use my 2nd retake for EX200, it says:
COMPLETED (RETAKE)
So are you only allowed 1 retake per each exam on subscription?
Thanks
today i finish my rhcsa 200 exam but failed node2 loginid incorrect and passwd permission denied that's why i failed how to solved am really sad
