Could you try nother browser? I used Google Chrome and the webpage with the recording opened with no issue. Let me know if you're still running into an error after trying other browsers!

Switching to another browser is not a good answer. After all, Firefox is the browser provided by Red Hat as part of RHEL and it is the only one included with Fedora Linux. Not working with Firefox, even if it workjs with Chrome, us a serious issue that should be fixed.

JFYI it works with Chrome, on the same Linux system. And, after checking (through Chrome) that the TLS certificate and other properties of secure https looked good, I decided to try again with Firefox. It worked, but only with a private or incognito window. Which itself is weird.

Using the normal Firefox instance, the same I use for reading gmail and other tasks, it still displays the same error.

It seems that there is some redirection over multiple sites, before reaching the actual event window, and it seems one of those redirecions is what's causing trouble.

I also get much better audio quality from Firefox. On Chrome, the audio is choppy.
Please work with the vendor (event.io) to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
