installing ansible

Hi, while doing the Automation with Ansible (D0407) training and installing ansible, i am unable to follow the steps in the video where it requires me to type in 'cast hosts' and 'ansible servera.lab.example.com -m ping'.i am unable to proceed with the training because of this.

What chapter and section is this?  Also, what directory are you executing the command from?  Do you see an ansible.cfg file in the same directory you are executing from?  Any other output or error messages you can provide?
