unresolved maven dependencies in training

For a course I'm taking , https://role.rhu.redhat.com/rol-rhu/app/courses/jb283-1.0/pages/ch02s02, the guided exercise: Deloying a Microservice, I'm unable to build in Openshift to due to unresolved maven dependency, vertx. Please see screenshot for specifics. How do I open a ticket for resolution ?
