Unfortunately for me the country I live in, the Democratic Republic of Congo, it is still not among the eligible countries list.

As a Congolese, I have never been prohibited to enroll for a Red Hat classes and exams, so I do not understand the discrimination for some events and submission for the Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year.

I will appreciate to hear from Red Hat on this.
