Access learning Subscription

Hi There,

In the portal I can see the learning Subscription is active. But in the rol.redhat.com section it showing "

You have 0 subscription days left"

Is there my steps to allow the subscription?

@DKCW I'm sorry you're facing issues. What do you mean by "the portal". Is this the LMS where you purchased your training? Once you have logged into rol.redhat.com, you can click "Support" at the top and submit a support ticket with your purchase details and Red Hat username. They will be able to assist you with setting up your subscription correctly.
