CL310 - ceph0 not ready

When running the prep command for the first guided exercise (using Standard classroom)

            [student@workstation ~] lab linux-interfaces setup

If I answer "Y" to

            {?} Check the overcloud environment?

I am waiting for more than an hour, but ceph0 is never ready.

If I answer "n", there are two Fails:

           - Adding floating IP: finance-server1       Fail

          - Adding floating IP: finance-server1       Fail

Both with error "Instance network is not ready yet (HTTP 400)"

Any ideas of how to resolve?
