Certificate with username instead of First / Last Name

Hi all,

I just completed the DO101 and the certificate seemed to show my username instead of my first/last name. Anyone facing the same scenario? Thanks.

Hi,

You need to click on your profile (icon on the top right), mine is showing my initials in a pink circle.

You need to ensure the field "Name" is populated with...your name.

I had similar situation as you, that was the root cause.

Then generate the certificate of completion again, it should be sorted.
