I took EX200 exam last night and put my comment on ticket RHT2465891. My situation was when I took it, the exam screen loaded up with some instructions of what I need to do, then I talked to my proctor as why there was no any terminal app to where I can type my answer and proctor answered in the chat to not talking during the exam. I clicked on one of the instruction, put my answers in the feedback  comment box and marked 'done' and moved on to the next instruction. I got an email with all my answers was ZEROS, I suspected that the exam boot imaged did not load properly because I didn't see any terminal app to answer my exam questions.

@yungteklie no, the exam image did boot properly and you should not type your answer in the feedback comment box because that is for feedback.

You need to configure the VMs provided in the exam as per the objectives of the tasks.

I cannot say much about it due to the NDA but you need to better read those exam instructions carefully - it contains all the necessary information you seek on how to login to the VMs. Also when the proctor is done with the initial onboarding - they will tell you on how to proceed further - (just the basic button and not the complete info ) as you need to figure out those  yourself while reading the exam instructions - which as per my understanding is thoroughly clear and simple. 

Since you have raised the support case - please wait for sometime as the support staff will update you more on the same soon.

Hi Chetan,

I too recently took the EX200 exam to renew my outdated RHCSA certification. I had taken a lot of exams the weeks before, so I was a bit puzzled not to find the same environment, i.e. a rebound terminal allowing ssh connections to the exam server. The fact that I had seen the VMs gave me a clue. For a newcomer, this can be confusing, I admit.
