Hi I have completed DO316 but I did not receive the badge for this completion. wesite status says progress 100% but still no badge. All labs and review labs completed with grade Pass.
Any idea?

There are a few common reasons for a delay:
1) Check the Completion Threshold - above 75% of the course content
2) Verify Your Credly Account - Email must Match, use the same email address as your Red Hat account.
3) Check Spam: Some times unfortunately mail went to spam and you didn't check
4) Review Your Privacy Settings - Check your Red Hat profile settings to ensure you have "opted-in" to digital badging. If this box isn't checked, Red Hat cannot send your info to Credly.
If met all above requirements and still not received badge contact

Note: When emailing them, include your Red Hat ID, the email address associated with your account, and a screenshot of your course progress showing 100% completion. So that you can expect quick response..!

Completed DO316, but the badge hasn’t arrived yet and I’m still waiting for the recognition. Hoping it gets resolved soon, because every achievement matters. Until then, sharing unique birthday wishes for friends feels instantly rewarding and always brings a smile

This usually happens due to a sync delay try logging out and back in, and if the badge still doesn’t appear after some time, contact the platform’s support with proof of completion.
@narendermann @amyjacobofficia @Sabita_Nandan Please raise a support case from your learning portal if you still have not received course completion badge.
