Re: DO101R Login error

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you know we had a little glitch with our emails over the weekend, so if you didn't receive the email with login instructions, you can just go here: rol.redhat.com and login with the user you registered with online and you should be all set.  We are working through the backlog to get the emails reset, but wanted to provide an alternative way to get in as soon as possible so you can begin to enjoy your free course.

Thank you,

Kiersten Grey

Re: DO101R Login error

Hello everyone,  I am sorry you are getting an error, we did recently discover that one of the links that comes from our Learning Mgmt System for this new DO101 free offering does not work and will be getting this fixed tomorrow.  However, the email you need to get logged in and access to your free course will be coming separately.  There is a team hard at work getting each person who has signed up an email with their access information, and this should arrive in your Inbox shortly.

Thank you,

Thank you Kiersten for your reply, that makes it clear now, it might be worth you add a message saying "you will get the enrollment details later on in separate email" to the registration process. that will prevent any confusion.

Hi KierstenGrey,

Could you please check when is the problem going to be resolved. Because I am still facing this issue where i get this error :

"i have enrolled in "Introduction to OpenShift Applications (DO101R LOGIN for FREE ACCESS)" this course but i can't launch this course because of "online learning cannot be played on this portal"

Even When I login to https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/ I do not see any course. Homepage says "You have 0 subscription days left". Catalog shows "No Catalog entries found". How do I access the course?
