This is so stupid... it's 5/4, I just enrolled for this course and I have the same problem that most of the people were having 3 weeks ago.
Hasn't this issue been fixed yet?!
@diego-hosen Please make sure you're logging in with your registered Red Hat ID as your username, and NOT your email address. This should resolve your issue.
If you are still having issues then, please raise a support case at https://access.redhat.com/support/cases with Product as Red Hat Online Learning
I have followed the instructions and it still gives me the same problem of access to the course, as the rest of the people who have placed their post in this thread; the difference in my case was that for a couple of days I was able to start with the course and since 4 days ago I have been trying to access it again and it has been possible.
even though i entered with the id as suggested here, i haven't been able to re-enter.
please what can i do differently since i have not asked to advance.
I have resolve this problem , it because the userID is not our mail ( during registration we have userID, inputted during checkout ).
Hope below can help you both
1.You can get your userID via menu UserManagement
2.Please logged using your userID (NOT EMAIL) & Pass.
Anyone who continues to have issues, please direct message me here in the community with your Red Hat username you used to register for the course.
I have enrolled for the 30 days free course Introduction to OpenShift Applications (DO101R LOGIN for FREE ACCESS). I got it approved and when I login to the portal https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/ , You have 0 subscription days left. After how many hours ,we will be getting the confirmation?
