Dashboard not counts watched videos

Jump to solution

Hello,

I am new subscriber and found out dashboard which shows some statistics of my activity. Everything looks fine (pages read, training hours) but videos watched is 0 (zero) - which is not true.

Do you have the same problem? Or it is my issue?

Regards, Greg

I've got answer from Support: "video watch will be removed from the Dashboard, you can ignore the count and can use the course progress bar for completion status".

The video counter currently only refers to videos watched in our (now retired) Video Classroom courses. The development team is working on an update that would include videos from the self-paced courses, counted in that total. Until that is complete, the dashboard will be static with the number of videos from the Video Classroom courses.

Same issue. I logged a ticket and the admins reset the course. I then was able to click through the individual modules until I got to the current module and my progress was captured accurately. Hope this helps.

How do we get a certificate of completion if it never reports that we have watched the video or done the quizzes?

Certificates of Attendance are based on visiting the course content. It is possible to get a certificate without watching a single video, as you may choose to read all of the content instead.
