I can't seem to find the EX480 exam in the catalogue anymore?
Anyone know if it has been retired? it doesnt seem to be?

Yes, retired and replaced by the following ones:

EX430 - Specialist in OpenShift Advanced Cluster Security
EX432 - Specialist in OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management
