Yesterday in RHLS I received this notification that "Certification exam enrollments in your Red Hat Learning Subscription will be extended by 90 days, if your enrollment and RHLS subscription expire on or before March 31. You must meet the expiration criteria and Enroll in your exam in order to receive the extension."
Last year I scheduled most of my exams to Kiosk, but due to the Coronavirus situation in the country that I am residing on, all exam centers canceled the bookings and I had to schedule my exams to Remote.
My RHLS expires in 52 days (by the 16th of March) and I scheduled all my 5 exam allocations before that.
Is it possible for me to get this extension for the scheduled exams/enrollments?
Correct. This extension applies to new and existing enrollments, as long as they are in your Learning Subscription, and expire on or before March 31. An enrollment that is scheduled may be rescheduled within the Individual Exam Scheduler. Please be sure to enroll in your exam to receive the extension. Only enrollments will be extended, and not simply the exam voucher
I have same question.
I opened a support ticket about it and I saw that yesterday they have added this extension to the Exam Scheduler.

what's the difference between a enrollments expiry and exam voucher expiry?
mine will expire on 21st march but i didn't see any extenions on the expiry. how do i validate that i got the extension?
also learning subscriptions comes with 2 exam retries.. are those retries also extended?
Every Red Hat Learning Subscription Standard users receives Exam Vouchers: 5 unique exams, and 2 unique retakes. These are used to enroll into the exam. Once a voucher is used in RHLS, an Enrollment is created in the Individual Exam Scheduler. It is this enrollment that will receive the 90 day extension, not simply the 5 vouchers included in RHLS. You need to enroll in an exam to recesive the extension. You should see that extension in the Individual Exam Scheduler if you meet the criteria of the exam expiring on or before March 31. It sounds like you meet the criteria, so if you are not seeing the extension in the exam scheduler, please submit a support ticket with all of your details, and that team will apply the extension.
This extension does apply to the retakes as well, as long as you have enrolled in the exam. We are not extending the vouchers if you have not enrolled in an exam. So we encourage you to enroll in your exams before your RHLS expiration!
Hi cschunke,
Thanks for the explanation. another qns. how about our access to RHLS? will we get an 90 days extension for it as well? since we are given 90 more days for the enrollment, we will definitely need access to the learning materials to be sufficiently prepared for the exams and possibily for the exam retake attempts as well.
Unfortunately @qwq we are not extending the RHLS subscriptions. Exam eligibilities have primarily been extended again due to limited Remote Exam availability, which has not affected user's ability to train with the subscription. I would recommend that you download any of the course ebook pdfs you require to assist with studying for the exam before your subscription expires.
