Additions

  • Credly Digital Cours Attendance Badges - Digital credentials are now enabled on the Learning Platform. This is applicable to all training modalities.

    • Attending a RHT course on the Learning Platform will issue a Credly digital badge for all learners. The criteria to earn an attendance badge are as follows:
      • Self-paced training: A user must visit 75% or more of the total pages in the Self-paced course on RHLS

      • Red Hat Learning Subscription Premium: A user must attend all premium live sessions of a course.

    • When logging into rol.redhat.com, all users will be presented with an announcement, linking them to the digital badge FAQ and Blog
    • Users that do not have the required personal data for Credly, will be presented an alert, and instructions for how to update their Profile.

    • After completing an SP course in RHLS or a la carte, users will receive a notification of their achievement. 
    • All achievements will be stored in every user's profile on the Learning Platform. Clicking each badge will bring the user to Credly to view the full details of their badge.

Hi

I recently completed DO288 course in RHLS. I have a premium subscription. But i do not see my credly badge ??

Moreover my email address and full name are linked. 

Can you please resolve it ?

I recently finished a course and I got Credly Digital Cours Attendance Badges. How can I get  the badges for other cources I finished already?

@naga_p Please submit a support ticket in the platform, so the team can investigate your username, course attendance, and Credly linking. 

@Rabs Credly badges are only being issued to new courses attended after February 19. Previously attended courses will not be shared with Credly. You will need to attend a different version of the course in order to receive a digital badge in Credly.
