How do I reschedule or modify my exam booking?

Hi All,

I have booked my RHCSA exam but now have been informed that I will be out of the country on my exam day. I can view my exam booking and other details when I log in to my learning portal but it doesn't give me any options to change, modify or reschedule my exam booking. 

Can anyone help?

I had to call Red Hat helpline and was asked to fill out a web form at https://www.redhat.com/rhtapps/services/comments

Once submitted, it took less than a day to received confirmation of cancellation of my exam.

However, I am seeing the following message:

"This account does not appear to have any exams available to schedule at this time.

If you have purchased an exam and see this alert, we suggest the following steps:

1. TRY AGAIN IN ONE HOUR.  Occasionally the transfer of records to the scheduler are delayed.

2. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT.  Make sure that the account you are using to log in matches the one you used to purchase (click here to try a different account).

3. CONTACT RED HAT OR YOUR RESELLER.  Contact Red Hat or your authorized training partner for assistance if you have purchased an exam, are using the correct account and continue to see this page when you try to log into the scheduler.

Thanks for your interest in Red Hat Certification!"

I guess exams can be reschduled anytime before 24 hours of the scheduled time. You may  email training@redhat.com  to get necessary  assistance from the customer experience team.

i purchased an exam and though it shows approved in the purchase form i am unable to locate it in my orders. From the page where it shows my order was approved i cannot reschedule. the page says i have to use a 'launch button' which i cannot locate either!!

3 hours on the phone on hold

6 emails

3 forms filled out

called all rh lines worldwide: no one picked up

it got to be number 1 pathetic service or i am the dumbest person on earth.

Hi,

It seems to be that once you purchase an exam, you need to wait a while (1-3 days) and you get another email with clear instructions, and how to schedule your exams.

I know the email contains explanations + link to the scheduling tool.

Hello,

I would be very surprised to hear you are not aware of the issues and
confusions with this purchase process pre and post stages.
The customer portal access link from redhat.com main website is NOT the
portal you would have access to post purchase. Reviewing your orders and
scheduling your exams is done through a different portal. However, as a
customer you do not have knowledge of the portal until you hear from Redhat
3 days later. In the meantime, you are left wondering: now what to do? Did
I place an order? Where do I schedule my exam? You will be checking your
customer portal hoping to see something there but there is nothing there
because they are not going to post anything there. Why? I do not know!

So to everyone who is experiencing this issue, don't panic and wait 3
business days. You should hear from RH with an email and the link to the
other portal where you will see your order etc...

The fact that there are few comments regarding this topic indicates it is
an issue which requires RH fixing.
