I am also facing the same issue. Cannot provision labs or even start labs I have worked on previously. Raised a ticket with the support and no response.

I also openned a TKT since two days with no response at all.

Same here, tried reaching Red Hat support and no response in last 2 days, support should at least inform us about the issue and when it will be resolved, moreover it shows 7hrs of lab have been used today.

Do you have Basic subscription?
I have Standard and I cannot see my lab utilization anywhere!

I have a standard subscription.

Same issue from yesterday, Manage to start labs late night.
But having the same issue since this morning.

It is strange how the support does not reply to such a sensitive issue. 

@DavidCohen1980  can you see your lab utilization hours anywhere?

When I log in to this URL I get "No active subscriptions" although I (obviously) have an active standard subscription.

Now I can't provision the lab. My exam is very soon and I need to try some things ahead of the exam. This is not a good time to have such an issue. The frustrating thing is Red Hat didn't announce anything, and didn't even comment on this issue.  Hope they can solve the issue soon.

I escalated the issue with Red Hat, this is what they said:

"This is just to keep you informed that I have acknowledged your request for a Management Escalation. As of now I wanted to bring to your notice that as of now the team handling this issue works only from Monday to Friday hence it will be difficult for me to get an engineer available for now. I really apologies for the inconvenience however we will have to wait till tomorrow to get some update on the case"

I am in shock.
