I am also facing the same issue. Cannot provision labs or even start labs I have worked on previously. Raised a ticket with the support and no response.
Now I can't provision the lab. My exam is very soon and I need to try some things ahead of the exam. This is not a good time to have such an issue. The frustrating thing is Red Hat didn't announce anything, and didn't even comment on this issue. Hope they can solve the issue soon.
I escalated the issue with Red Hat, this is what they said:
"This is just to keep you informed that I have acknowledged your request for a Management Escalation. As of now I wanted to bring to your notice that as of now the team handling this issue works only from Monday to Friday hence it will be difficult for me to get an engineer available for now. I really apologies for the inconvenience however we will have to wait till tomorrow to get some update on the case"
I am in shock.
