Is there a way to remove classes from the "My Courses" list?

It seems that any time i open a course to look at the content, it gets added to the "My Courses" list of my training subscription.  Is there a way that I can remove completed courses and courses that I have decided not to take from this list?

Not currently.  Essentially, if you launch a class, it gets added to your my courses and will stay there forever.  Obviously no the most ideal experience, we're aware.

Re: Is there a way to remove classes from the "My Courses" list?

This is rather annoying. You will eventually reach a state where you have 10-15 courses launched, and they all seem to appear at random on the Home page.

What's the logic behind generating the "My Courses" list? It does not include all of my courses, but some of them. It also includes courses that I have never taken.

Is "My Courses" section under "Home" meant to match the "My Courses" tab? It doesn't at the moment. If so, what is the difference, and why do we need two places for "My Courses"?

Re: Is there a way to remove classes from the "My Courses" list?

@Lisenet,

I'm not the Product Manager for this product any longer, as I've moved over to the Red Hat Enterprise Linux team.

"My Courses" is supposed to be courses that you have started.  Though, literally any activity in a course will add it to your list, for example, opening it from the catalog to view the Table of Contents page.  The goal was to make it easier to resume training you had started.  Unfortunately, with the inability to remove classes, it can get overpopulated and not useful.

I know the Red Hat Online Training team is working on an updated user interface, maybe, once it's released, it will resolve this issue.

Re: Is there a way to remove classes from the "My Courses" list?

Thank you for the feedback, Lisenet, and also Scott for the reply. I am the current Red Hat Learning Subscription product manager, and I can speak to this feature in some detail. It is true that the current state pulls in all of the courses you have started, and there is no way at this time, to remove these courses.

The product team is currently working on a new user interface. Part of this will be implementing a similar feature, where all of the courses that a user has progress on, will show up on that user's home page. Additionally, the most recently accessed course will go to the top of this list. We are working on ways to give even more control, including making your own playlist, and perhaps even removing items from your progress list. We will take your feedback into account throughout our development process, and look forward to your review once we release the next phase of the Red Hat Learning Subscription.

Hello all,

Is there any news about resetting course progress or deleting it from "my progress" list?

Thank you

@AmirSBOUI There is no news on this feature. While the idea is still under considertion, the platform does try to help with this organization in 2 ways:

  1. Move older courses to the bottom of the list
  2. Limit the view to the last 5 courses
