JB453 Red Hat JBoss Data Grid Development

Jump to solution

I didnt see any specific instruction on how to access the lab environment for this course. There is JB453-station-vda and JB453-classroom-vda. When I launch the consoles, I see login prompt with student, visitor and other users preconfigured. I didnt see anywhere in the content or the downloaded student guide where it specifies credentials. I tried the obvious? 'student' and 'redhat' as passwords and they are not valid. Where are instructions that specify credentials to log onto lab environment. Have I missed it?

Thanks, Steve

Hey, @SteveLibonati,

Indeed, I have looked through the book and it would seem there is nothing in the Introduction chapter on how to use the workstation environment, and neither do the exercises tell you how to log in.

Usually, courses would inform you of the credentials in either of those sections.

In older middleware courses, the "student" user's password was commonly set to "jboss".
