I have a learning Subscription through our business and came in this morning to do some training and it is now saying I do not have a Learning Subscription. I cleared cache, tried a different browser, restarted my laptop, everything the site said to do and I know to do and nothing works. The subscription is good until Sept. of 2025 or, suposed to be. I tried to do a support request and it would not let me do that either. Is there something wrong with the system today?

@robesonp Please raise a support case or write to training@redhat.com ( incase you are not able to raise a support case ) and have it sorted out.
yes there is a lab hours limit though it is sufficient for a year long subscription, recommended to stop labs when not using them.

It was not working until this morning...it took a while, but I'm just glad it is working!
What happened? They said another team in our company purchased training and when they entered them it messed up our account.

@robesonp is the subscription tied to a different username / RHN ID ? Please log into your learning portal and click on support to raise a case with our backend team. They will help you resolve this.
if you are not able to raise a support case ,then please write to training@redhat.com and mention all these details.

No, only one login. We recently purchased this training subscription and I've used it almost everyday for a couple of weeks. I tried to do the support thing about two hours ago and when I hit Submit it gave me a 404. I tried it again after you replied and it worked so, hopefully, someone will figure it out soon. Thanks - Phil

The support is now working, but it still states I do not have a Learning Subscription, which is false.

@Chetan_Tiwary_ Hope this is not the case of Hours of Usage ? This could be due to amount of time user used his course Lab ?

I was never told of any "Hours of Usage". There is a time limit? We purchased the 1-year Learning Subscription about two weeks ago and I've been logging in and doing the RH-124 since. But now, it is saying I do not have a subscription.

Do you poweroff your Labs after your practice ? As per my knowledge we have 400 Hours maximum time for Lab hours in Learning subscription
