I have a learning Subscription through our business and came in this morning to do some training and it is now saying I do not have a Learning Subscription. I cleared cache, tried a different browser, restarted my laptop, everything the site said to do and I know to do and nothing works. The subscription is good until Sept. of 2025 or, suposed to be. I tried to do a support request and it would not let me do that either. Is there something wrong with the system today?
@robesonp you can refer the subscription details and the available options with the respective subscription details : https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/learning-subscription#is-there-a-subscription-tier-for-d...
Thanks for the help!
Lab is auto-shutdown in 1 h if you will not extend it.
It is also auto-destroyd after 1 day (by default).
Below LAB environment on LAB tab you can see how long it will last and you have + button to extend it
The good news is, the "Lab Hours" is only for the actual labs so you would still have access to your learning subscription, but lab hours would be depleted. The fact that it says you have 0 days left or no learning subscription is a different problem. Also, even if you were to have somehow continually extended your lab environment, 400 hours would equate to over 16 days so if you've had the subscription for 2 weeks, it is likely that you haven't come close to the 400 hour lab limit.
Hopefully the support case will help them see on the backend what happened to your account.
I know you've tried a few things to troubleshoot, but I would also like to add a few more things to test ...
Some of the requests above sound strange, but I've seen issues with all kinds of weird network setups and another person had an issue last night where the a "pi hole" was blocking access to certain things being rendered no the page. So they were able to connect and use most of the services, but the Pi-Hole was blocking some page elements (for an unknown reason).
Thank you. I did try all of that. I just tried all of it again after you mentioned it. Nothing is working. I did get a reply from Support that they received my Support request so, I'm waiting for their help. But, I SERIOUSLY appreciate all of the help!
@robesonp Please dont worry , the support will provide you all the help. In case you have any other doubt - you can mention the same by replying to the support mail you got and it will be answered/updated.
Let me know here when you got the resolution.
Thank you, Chetan,
I will let you know.
It was not working until this morning...it took a while, but I'm just glad it is working!
What happened? They said another team in our company purchased training and when they entered them it messed up our account.
@robesonp Thanks for confirming! Glad that the issue is resolved for you now!
