Mobile app for mobile learning

Hi i dont know where to write these feature request but i dont find any mobile learning app for a mobile device where i could learn when im travelling. i would expect that the app can also be used when there is no internet connection..
I would really like to see that feature

No new information at this time. We understand the desire for a mobile application. Currently there is no timeline. We will be sure to include the community and surveys inside RHLS when we are designing the most important app features and tools.
