Hello RHLS community! I wanted to reach out since our release a few days ago and let everyone know I am excited to see the great feedback on the new user experience, it is very exciting to have such a great UX to present to you all. I know there have been a few issues with subscription access and I wanted to let everyone know we are working to resolve all of those as fast as we can and I appreciate everyone's patience. I wanted to list a few of the known issues we are working through and what to do if you are experiencing any of these issues:
1. A few subscribers are logging in and seeing 0 subscription days left. This is isolated to a few users, but for those that are seeing it, I am sorry this caused you a challenge logging in. We have fixed all that have been reported to us and are working on the root cause to be resolved early next week week so this is no longer an issue for anyone. If you are having this issue still or just discovering it, please report this issue through your Customer Portal access. If you do not know how to access that, please comment on my post here and I will work through our support team to resolve ASAP.
2. Lab hours reporting - if you are seeing your lab hours listed incorrectly, this is something that is an issue in the front end only, your cofrect lab hours are being stored and as soon as this is resolved, this will display correctly.

What about the issue of not able to access contenet.
I am tryig to access DO407 but I am getting "We're having trouble displaying this page. The issue has been reported to our developers, and they'll fix it shortly."
This happen only with Ansible 2.7
In RH362, some of the green "Show/Hide solution" buttons don't work properly. For example in section 6.4, there're 11 steps and the "Show solution" buttons work only in steps 9, 10 and 11. In the previous version of the UI it worked perfectly in all the steps.
What about the "Online Training" content/lab page unavailability? The RH134 is unavailable for me and for many other users since Wednesday (6th).
It says: "We're having trouble displaying this page. The issue has been reported to our developers, and they'll fix it shortly."
Do we have news about it?
@Kleber_Custodio The team has logged the issue regarding "We're having trouble displaying this page" and is actively working to resolve it. We will alert users when this is fixed.
@daniel-deptula Thank you for bringing the issue of the broken "show solution" to our attention. I have logged it and will bring it to our team.
It makes me wonder whether this new RHLS has ever been tested. So many problems it's almost unbelieveable it's a paid product.
I keep getting the following:

Any idea on when this will get resolved?
I cannot see my passed/scheduled exams. They appear as zero "0".
Is this a new feature from IBM? Anyway, I raised the issue that I have no subscription days left (which is a not true) and this is now ongoing more than 2 weeks now!!!!! :\

@Tamas Some users experienced this symptom if they are using an incorrect login, including potentially their email address. Please log in with your username if you have not done so up to this point.
