Yeah, my environement broke thursday last week too. Opened a ticket, and it got wiped. Was told that it got escalated to be investgated. Requested an update yesterday, but non so far. Was hoping it would be fixed before my leave. It's the season for miracles supposely, so maybe :-)
So i can confirm its per account basis. My co-worker doesnt have the same issue. I hope i can get it escalated but i think management is already on holiday.
I have the same issues on the DO180 course. When I create the environment lab, there are no OpenShift details such as username, password, API endpoint, etc.
Hence, I cannot do anything or progress through the course.
I hope it can be fixed.
I also I can't see these details I had the plan to start this studies and my RHLS is about to expire
