Hello Team,
I am seeking your support again regarding two questions.
1- EX380 - Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Automation and Integration exam - No-Availablity
I have enrolled in this exam and the expiry date of my subscription is 10th of April so I need to take the exam before that. There is no availablity in the Testing Center in Egypt.
I am seeking your support if by any mean you may avail a time so I can take the exam.
2- Preliminary Exam in Red Hat OpenShift Administration (PE180) - Question
I am seeking your support to advise if I should prepare my laptop as the rest of the exams to take this prelimiary test or I can take the test without any preparation. If it is required, may you please help me to do so? It is difficult to setup on my MacPro.
Thank you in advance
Hello @Lamiaa !
For EX380 exam - you can go for Remote exam ( https://learn.redhat.com/t5/Certification-Resources/bg-p/certification_resources ) - reach out to exam support if you are unable to find any suitable availability - they might be able to help you on this : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments .
Regarding the PE exam - all you need is a laptop/desktop with a camera , chrome browser and a stable internet ( LAN recommended ).
You need the latest Chrome/Chromium-based browser.
Run the preliminary exam compatibility test using the computer and network you intend to use, two to three days prior to the exam schedule.

Hello Lamiaa,
In my experience, I have struggled to find any availabile time slots in the testing center in Egypt even for months to come. My advice is to take the exam online.
If you are using Macbook Pro with a T1 security chip, it won't work easily as you will have to disable it (Not recommended) and after that your mouse, keyboard and Wifi will not be working when you load the ISO image and you will need to use external keyboard, mouse, screen (because you can't have external keyboard if you are using the laptop's screen).
Try using different laptop than the Mac and the exam experience should be much better inshaallah.
Good luck.
Dear Abdelrahman, thank you for your feedback. May you please advise how you could do remotely. I could not find a place supports the required setup and I do not have an external camera. Please advise. Thank you
