Problems Launching Training Courses

Hi - Looking for any suggetsions.  When I try to launch a training course, I get a new window that is blank and I never loads. I successfully pass the broswer test and have tried on 2 separate machines (Max OS 10.15.x), 3 different browsers Safari/Chrome/Firefox.  Diabled all pop-up blockers and content restrictions I can think of.  None of them behave differently.   Open to any ideas or help.  TY

 

This is the URL that pops up in the blank window:   "https://training-lms.redhat.com/browsercheck/perform?in_site=1&in_language=en-us&classroom_id=424159..."

@KBeckman I will reach out to you privately to get your subscription information to assist you. Also, at any time you can submit a ticket using the Support link at the top of the Learning Subscription. During weekdays, you also have access to the technical chat in the subscription, where an expert can assist you directly with your technical issues.
