Hi @JS_Learning : For your kind information, I have already opened case with Red Hat Support on the same and the RHLS Practice LAB issue is reported from more than a three weeks now and it is still, the issue is not resolved yet.
It has become double job for me that every day i have to do follow-up for the money that i pad to purchase RHLS standard.
@AbsarShaik dont worry, I got the joke. I know about the issues with RHLS support. I work for the RH distributor in my country and I got some not so nice feedback about the RHLS support. What I've experienced myself and what I see in this forum tends to confirm the customer stories.
Providing feedback as often as I can and as best as I can is all I can do at this moment to help them improve on this part.
Even I am working for Red Hat Premium Business Partner too.
