Has anyone else had problems accessing RHCSA VC courses? I have purchased the course and cannot see course listed in the email link sent to me. I have tried calling the training help desk number but have waited over 1 hour to get a response but none received. I have left messages and sent emails but not a single response in 2 days since I left the message. I have set aside time this week to work through this course which is time I have now wasted. This is not what I expected from Red Hat and beginning to think about asking for my money back....if ever I could speak to anyone!
Video Classroom courses require loading of the content before they will play. Users who have reported this issue have been able to access the content after refreshing the page. To avoid this potential issue, we recommend letting the introduction video play all the way through. After continuing on to the course videos, if they still do not load, please refresh your browser.
Thanks for the reply cschunke, yes I always refresh the page for the video classroom. The issue started last Friday, as I always use the video classroom often. Now it doesn't load at all (specially the intro).

Well, the initial problem of accessnig the course was resolved and I did have access to the course content for a few days. Now I am getting a new problem : "We are sorry, this content is not available." This is not a great advert for Red Hat training. I will try calling the help desk again
