Is the release completed? Asking becuase I can see the new interface but it doesn't seem to be working correctly:
- it shows 'number of subscription days left 0' (subscription is still valid for more than 50 days)
- top navigation bar contains only: Home, Reports, Community. Links to Catalog. Learning Paths and Early Access are present for 1-2 second just after login or page refresh and then these are hidden
i did create a ticket but still no working RHLS. not good.
My Colleges also the same problems.
shame is that i have a trial a few mont's ago and that 1 hour is taken away from my paid standard account. why? if something don't work please roll back. ticket ok i have one open. but stil no go. i cannot prepare and study at this moment. not ok.
Can you help me figure out specifically what you are seeing? I just verified your subscription is setup properly. I would to help you get this resolved ASAP, so please let me know what specifics you are seeing when you log in with your user?
yes i can, when i try to access the course then i get this error "We're having trouble displaying this page. The issue has been reported to our developers, and they'll fix it shortly." and we try this on multiple environments. My College had the excact the same problem. see picture.
Here is what I have listed as the problems you are expericing:
DO405R course is not loading - I have one my developers actively looking into this and should have a resolution by Monday.
Not able to download an eBook - can you let me know which course and which language as I am not able to reproduce this on any courses, so I would like to know more details so we can investigate.
Lab hours reporting - this is a known issue and we are actively working on it - once resolved your lab hours should be accurately reflected and not over as you are seeing now.
