RHN ID - that's the thing I can definitely help with. That is your login name for RHLC (which is here) and it is also the username/LoginID that you used to login to ROL where you took and attached the screenshot. Your Red Hat ID or RHN ID is simply the username you use to sign into Red Hat.

Some companies do require you to get an account tied to them (which is based on their internal processes), but it sounds like yours doesn't if they are asking for your RHNID.

You should be able to provide them your username and they can then activate you based on the above post.

Login to https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/ which is where RHLS lives. If you have a valid subscription it will give you the information at the top, otherwise it will show 0 days remaining.

Account without a valid subscription. You may or may not have the "Invalid Enrollment" error message, but you will definitely see 0 days remaining.

Interesting. It looks like you only have a single course available and doesn't appear you have a full RHLS subscription. The other way of testing is looking at the "Dashboard" by home but I don't see that either in your screenshot.

Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to look at your account.

@cschunke - Can you maybe provide some more information here?

Unfortunately, I can't see your screenshot as it looks like it didn't attach properly. I posted two (2) different screenshots as I have multiple Red Hat login IDs. The first login ID has my RHLS Standard subscription which is RHLS 1yr + 5 exams. The second screenshot shows days remaining 0 and is from a second account that doesn't have an RHLS subscription that is active. It did have an active subscription at one time, but has since expired.

My company has a process to request a RHLS and it's asking me if I have a RHN ID, and I can't figure out what that is either.

@Jwhite518 That screenshot appears that you have access to a single course through our Partner Portal. Partners are granted access to individual courses, but not the full RHLS experience. Once you are logged in, you can click the Profile at the top, or visit here. Note the "username" for how the Red Hat Learning Platform is logging you in. If you'd like, you can direct message me that username and I can provide you more information about your subscriptions and other offerings.
