Is there an issue with the labs? I started 15 minutes ago and still says STARTING.

You are lucky, same here, starting for  last 2.5 hrs!

You aren't the only one. My lab environments have been stuck in starting as well. Red Hat support opened a case for me.

I was told that it was fixed.

Doesn't look like it though. At least making some progress though because before it was stuck at "initializing" for project state.Stuck in requesting

We are expriencing delayed start up times in North America. The team is actively working on a diagnosis and a fix. RHLS Status updated here.

I have a support case going, just thought I add that I am also still experiencing the same issue, except mine is stuck at requesting the lab environment provisioning. See attachments.

This is for RH124 and RH134. Anyone else experiencing this issue still?
