These changes will apply to all RHLS users, both new and existing. All current users who have previously completed exams without a passing score will be eligible for a retake. View the exam terms here.
Kindly guide how may I retake EX200K exma RHCSA.
@Fasihuddin If you are an RHLS subscriber, and you have not already taken this exam twice, then you are eligible for a retake. Please log into your subscription, and find the exam in the catalog. From there, you will be able to either "Enroll" or "Schedule" the exam. If this is not your experience, please submit a support ticket through the subscription, either with the Support form, or through the support chat.
@cschunke So the retake policy applies only to folks who have taken a certification exam and failed on or after February 6, 2023. If someone has failed the exam on February 5, 2023, they don't get a free retake. Correct?

@SAPAdmin RHLS is honoring all retakes regardless of date of exam failure. If an RHLS user does not pass an exam, and they have not already used a retake on that exam, then the user is eligible for a retake. If you find that RHLS does not enable you to take a retake under these circumstances, please submit a support form in the platform for the support team to investigate.
@cschunke Thanks for your response. I'm not subscribed to RHLS. I tried to take an Individual exam (PE124) on January 8th, 2023. In the first screen, I tried to zoom on Chrome browser to enlarge small font which was difficult to read. I received a network error on two different laptops. I was not able to answer even a single question. I created a ticket and RH would not provide me with a free retake. Am I eligibe for a free retake under this new rule?
