Can somebody from Red Hat advise on how this failed RHLS upgrade going to be dealt with please with regards to time lost and unavailablibity of the paid service (online courses)? It's been several days now.

Same question here... This is the second time I've problems with this platform. First with the lab and now with the access. The first time they extended me my access period. Now I'll wait until the course is fully available to ask for the compensation.
I agree. This week is the worst time for this to happen again, My exam is scheduled for Friday!
