EX188: understanding remote procedure to not fail again

Hello,
I had a problem with the EX188 exam.
I completed all the tasks and marked them as "Done" on the radio buttons in the main task list.
I'm fairly confident I successfully completed all the tasks because the services running inside the containers were working.
I left the environment with all the containers up and running as requested.

Nevertheless, I failed the exam.

Is it possible that I missed something required by the remote exam process and my assignments weren't submitted correctly?

The only thing I didn't do was submit feedback, but it felt like a review and I didn't want to waste time on it.

Thank you.

@FMM You can raise a ticket with the certification team to chanllenge your scoring. They might check and let you know if you've missed anything before you exit.

You can raise ticket at : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments

@FMM You did all you could. It is not mandatory to submit feedback and the DONE radio button is for your benefit - to check what you have done already and what is left for you to do.

The assignments i.e the configurations you did will be automatically submitted - you dont have to submit anything ( apart from completing the configurations through commands and other tools ) - once the timer is up or you want to leave early .

Since you could not pass and you think you have done all correct - you can raise the support case to revalidate the score.

Else prepare for your next retake. All the best!
