When I add the voucher to my cart, everything seems fine, but once I log into my account, the voucher disappears from my cart and I’m unable to proceed with the purchase. I’ve also done some research and confirmed that the remote exam option is available in my country (Greece), so I’m unsure what’s causing the problem.
