I've seen a similar post, I've tried to disable sata controller but it's not work.
UEFI boot doesn't work so I've set Legacy.
Usb key is working well, I've tried it on another PC.
Any other advice?
Thank you.

Hi Andrea,

Please ensure you download the absolute latest ISO for the Remote Exam. After downloading, create your live USB Exam environment again, ideally using a different method or tool than before. While unlikely to be the root cause, this step will help us rule out any potential issues with the current installation.

I have noticed this nice laptop has a discrete NVIDIA GeForce GT940MX. Try to disable it in BIOS If you have this option available, run on the integrated Intel® HD Graphics 520 only. It might help.

If not, using a different computer is generally the recommended approach. You may also wait till the next version of environment is released, it will surely bring wider HW support

Regards,

Petr
