Hi -
I'm getting an "Error 36: Rebuild USB Drive" on my Mac.
I've seen that some other user were able to make it work with an older ISO version. Where can I download the previous ISO, which is also allowed for the exam?

Thank you

Hi, just wanted to check - can I use a headset for mic and audio?

The only other mic I have is built into the webcam, and it wasn't loud enough in the test.

Thanks.

Do they deliver the Remote Exam on weekends, and regardless, can it be done after midnight EST .
My country is well known for its internet and power outages during the day, so, with Pearson I take them after midnight (on weekdays though)

I have an employee Lenovo P1 laptop running the RHEL CSB.   The cameras and all microphones work fine, built in and external.

When booting from the ISO (old or one linked in email), none of the microphones work (I'm in settings adjusting the gain, etc.).   There is a key on the keyboard to disable the microphone, however it's not lit up and does nothing when booted from the ISO.

I checked the bios to see if there was anything there that might cause the microphones to be turned off and didn't find anything.  I tried various mechanisms to get the microphones to work like pressing the MIC key on the keyboard etc.

I tried another laptop I have and the microphones did work, but the NIC did not (which I expected as the NIC is not well supported in Linux.)  I have to try a couple of other laptops, however, since my work laptop doesn't seem to work, I figured others might have the same issue, or there may be a work around, thus I bring it to your attention.

Dear Red Hat team,

After rescheduling my exams a couple of times( a little more), getting my certification slot cancelled, still awaiting a response on the new voucher  - I have a few suggestions :

1. Red Hat exams from home are not that efficient.  Atleast we can see numerous network issues coming up. Can we have an environment directly available on a webpage.  Killer.sh is an excellent example of how that is possible and easily accessible.

2. Open Red Hat testing centers. Things are now coming to normal, No one would mind going to a well sanitized center with due care.  Please think over.

3. Also, a tie up with other certification centers can explore the training centers in cities where Red Hat center is not present. Pearson venues are one such example.

Would be great if these can be under your consideration. It will make our life easier and ofcourse! yours too :)

Hina
